Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • What happens after the 14-day test phase?
While you are logged in to the Tickaroo user interface you will be able to see how much time is still remaining of your trial period at the top of the screen. When your trial comes to an end, you can either choose to subscribe to one of the packages: News, Sports, On Demand, or Enterprise. If you decide not to subscribe, you will still be able to access your Tickaroo Free account, however your access to the additional features as well as the Pro interface will be suspended.
  • Can I change my subscription plan?
You may upgrade or change your plan before your existing subscription has expired by clicking on Settings and then Subscriptions. Any changes that are to be made to the plan will come into effect after your existing subscription has ended.
  • When will I receive the first invoice?
With our premium subscription plans (News, Sports and Enterprise), you will be required to pay the package’s fee after receiving an invoice at the beginning of the plan. By choosing to pay for a year in advance, you will not only save money but also not have to worry about booking a News or Sports package each month.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your plan. However, please note that your subscription package will be cancelled at the end of the plan’s term. If you have chosen to subscribe to a yearly package, then you will have access to your account for the remainder of the term, regardless of when you have cancelled it.
